The short version: Your files never leave your device. We don't upload, store, or access any files you process using FixPilot tools. Everything runs in your web browser.

What data do we collect?

FixPilot collects minimal data to improve our service:

Analytics data: We use Vercel Analytics to understand how many people visit our site, which tools are popular, and which countries our visitors come from. This data is anonymous — we cannot identify individual users.
No personal information: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any personal information.
No file data: Your files (PDFs, images, text) are processed entirely in your web browser. They are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party servers.

How do our tools work?

All FixPilot tools use client-side (browser-based) processing. This means:

When you compress a PDF, the compression happens on YOUR device
When you generate a QR code, it's generated on YOUR device
When you extract text from an image (OCR), the AI model runs on YOUR device
No files are ever sent to any server — not ours, not anyone else's

This approach ensures maximum privacy and speed.

We may use essential cookies for analytics purposes only. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any cookies that identify you personally.

We use the following third-party services:

Vercel: Website hosting and anonymous analytics
Google Fonts: Typography (Plus Jakarta Sans font)
cdnjs.cloudflare.com: Open-source JavaScript libraries for our tools

Children's privacy

FixPilot is available to users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, as we do not collect personal information from anyone.
